Stephanie Glass

Stephanie Glass Taylor is currently an Advanced Sustainability Engineering Associate at Exxon Mobil Technology and Engineering Company. She earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 2006.  During her time at Cornell she led the Encouraging Young Engineers and Scientists (EYES) Community Service program for the Cornell Public Service center and held leadership roles in the student chapters of AIChE and SWE. Her dedication to work, service, and scholarship was recognized by her admission to the Cornell Tradition Fellows program. Since graduating, Stephanie has continued to return to campus to give guest lectures and recruit engineering students.

In addition to her technical work repeatedly delivering energy, margin, and reliability improvements for refining operations, Stephanie demonstrates a principled approach to promoting organizational effectiveness strategies. She empowers others through active mentoring and focused leadership and has completed the Brene Brown Brave Leaders Inc. certification and University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School Enterprise Leadership Program.

Stephanie's continued interest in service has combined with her passions as an animal rescue advocate and avid quilter and she wears many hats as a volunteer for a busy dog rescue organization and is a member of the Executive Board of her local Modern Quilt Guild.
