Robert Langer '70 to receive Dreyfus Prize today, September 26

The 2019 Dreyfus Prize in the Chemical Sciences will be awarded to Robert Langer, Institute Professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, today, September 26, at 5:00 pm EST, in room 26-100 at MIT.

The ceremony, which will be open to the public and feature a talk by Langer on Chemistry in Support of Human Health, will stream live at https://cheme.mit.edu/dreyfus-prize-webcast/

Langer will be honored for discoveries and inventions of materials for drug delivery systems and tissue engineering that have had a transformative impact on human health through the chemical sciences.
