Numerical Simulations for Designing Sieve-free Cross-flow Filtration Systems Ioana Cristina Butu, a senior ChemE, won the 2nd place Student Poster Award at the annual American Filtration Society conference for her research on Brownian dynamics simulations of sieve-free cross-flow filtration (with Neeraj Borker and Don Koch).
