Professor Matt Paszek has been named the inaugural Director of Postdoctoral Studies in the Robert Frederick Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE). Director Susan Daniel sent the following message to the CBE community on August 9, 2021:
Dear All,
I am excited to share that Prof. Matt Paszek has been named CBE's first Director of Postdoctoral Studies. This is an exciting time for the postdoctoral community of CBE because of the opportunity to define, with Matt, what the support for postdocs should be, and to have a direct representative voice on the department’s leadership team. Matt has always been passionate about postdocs, and has shown great interest in fostering stronger support for their development. He will not only serve as an ally, but as someone who will help to bring stronger professionalism to Olin Hall.
