Meghan Hill wins SRC Techcon award

Megan Hill, a Cornell undergraduate in Materials Science and Engineering, was awarded second place for the excellence of her presentation at the Semiconductor Research Corporation's annual Techcon conference.

Her presentation was titled, "Dopant Activation in InGaAs during sub-ms Laser Spike Annealing: Kinetics, limitations and mechanisms on short timescales," under an SRC award to Professors Michael Thompson (MSE) and Paulette Clancy (CBE).
