My main professional interests are: applied mathematics, modeling and simulation of complex systems; specially, modeling of phenomena at micro-scale in order to elucidate their macroscopic behavior. In particular, my Ph.D. research is focused on molecular modeling and simulation of polymer networks and their tensile properties.
