The goal of this program is to increase the long-term retention of women at Cornell by supporting the completion of research important to the tenure process. President's Council of Cornell Women annually recognizes outstanding women with awards ranging from $1,000 to $12,500 for their research. Since establishing this program in 1992, PCCW has granted $637,987 to 162 women at Cornell.
