Matthew DeLisa has been promoted to Associate Professor with tenure.

 Cornell's Board of Trustees  has approved the promotion of Matt DeLisa to Associate Professor with indefinite tenure. This important milestone in Matt's professional life has been achieved through the creation of an impressive body of creative and important research accomplishments in the area of molecular biotechnology, as well as excellence in teaching and service to the local and broader community of scholars. Matt is the winner of numerous awards, most recently the Allan Colburn Lectureship at the University of Delaware and the Provost's Award for Distinguished Scholarship.

He has also been a wonderful mentor to graduate and undergraduate students and a sterling contributor to the undergraduate bioprocess engineering and process design courses.
