Dave Putnam promoted to Associate Professor.
January 31, 2008David Putnam has been granted tenure at Cornell University and promoted to the rank of Associate Professor, effective February 1, 2008.
Dave has contributed to our department in a significant way, creating two very well appreciated courses related to biomolecular engineering, and winning a College Teaching award (twice) for the quality of the instruction he provides. His research program has had important impacts on two scientific communities: those investigating siRNA delivery of nucleic acid delivery and a tour de force in the synthesis of biocompatible materials.
