An article by Deyan Luan, graduate student in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering working with Assistant Professor Jeffery Varner, has been selected for publication in the 2008 IMIA Yearbook of Medical Informatics. The IMIA (International Medical Informatics Association) publishes an annual yearbook, which contains “the best of medical informatics” articles over the preceding year. The IMIA Yearbook is a non-profit project to advance the field of medical informatics and to stimulate dissemination of information and coherence between people belonging to IMIA’s national societies. Deyan’s article is titled “Computationally Derived Points of Fragility of a Human Cascade Are Consistent with Current Therapeutic Strategies,” Comp Biol 2007.
